Terrence M. Rohen, Ph.D. Terrence M. Rohen, Ph.D. works as a psychologist in the legal system to help people understand and resolve conflict. He has conducted over 200 custody evaluations. He has testified as an expert witness on parenting capacity, parental alienation, allegations of sexual abuse, and relocation petitions. He has been recognized as an expert witness in civil, criminal and federal courts. He specializes in evaluating comples cases. He provides thorough, comprehensive, and timely evaluations that offer concise opinions focused on the best interest of the child. He is licensed as a psychologist in Missouri and Illinois. He is a Diplomate in the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators. He has provided counseling to families that included working with over 1000 children. He has practiced for over 30 years and evaluated and treated a wide range of psychological disorders. He has presented to many regional and national organizations on topics related to family violence, custody evaluations, ethics, testing procedures, and child development. He has taught in the Graduate Schools of the University of Maryland, Southern Illinois University, and the Unversity of Missouri. He is the parent of two adult children and has three grandchildren.
